a virtual tour around the Brindley Water Mill
Our working water mill can offer much more to the 'real' visitor than to the 'virtual' visitor. A visit to us can offer the multi-sensory experience unavailable by any other means. A working mill, producing meal, vibrates, throbs, rumbles, creaks and grinds: you can feel it. It has a special aroma. There is no substitute for the real thing - and our guides make your visit extra special.
However, this virtual tour will be open all year round, whereas the mill is not. It can serve to whet your appetite and prepare you for your visit, so that you get more out of it, and it can serve as a reminder. If you are many miles away and cannot get to us, at least this poor substitute for the real thing will be of value. The links below indicate forthcoming website developments.
